FAQ

Got questions? Check out the frequently asked questions below for answers to common inquiries about my process, services, and how we can collaborate effectively.

What types of clients do you work with?

While Studiosilog specializes in partnering with mission-driven organizations—including nonprofits, researchers, educators, artists, and community advocates—we are not limited to these sectors. We collaborate with a diverse range of clients who value thoughtful, strategic design and need branding, web, or print solutions that make a meaningful impact.

What is your design process like?

Our process is collaborative and research-driven. We start with discovery and strategy, ensuring we understand your goals and audience. From there, we develop concepts, refine them through feedback, and deliver polished, effective designs. Whether it’s a website, a brand identity, or a print campaign, we ensure every piece aligns with your mission and vision.

Will I be able to update my website after it’s built?

Yes! We use content management systems (CMS) that allow you to manage and update your website easily. We also provide training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident maintaining your site.

Can you work with existing branding or design elements?

Absolutely. If you already have a brand identity or design assets, we can build on them to maintain consistency while refreshing and improving their effectiveness. If you’re looking for a full rebrand, we can guide you through that process as well.

How do I get started?

Start by reaching out through our contact form or email. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and how we can help. From there, we’ll provide a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and next steps.
